About tour
1 Read the itinerary and other useful information we offer before tour starts, It can help you prepare and know what you have to pay attention to when on the tour. It’s best to print everything on paper.
2 As a stranger to new areas, we require you to obey the words from local experienced team leader or guide. He or she definitely knows the best way to make the tour perfect. Never leave your team and go adventure on your own.
3 Be punctual in order to save more time to enjoy the beauty of travel and keep the well-designed schedule going smoothly like originally planned, or we just don’t need it at all, and letting other people wait is not a good manner, it may crack a team of cohesion.
4 Enjoy while protect the nature and creature, never leave rubbish at scenic areas. We will be much happier traveling in a clean world.
5 Respect the local cultures and customs, even sometimes it’s weird to you, but reminded yourself that what exists on earth is all reasonable in a way, try to understand the equality and beauty of all lifestyles, never offense it.
6 For Join- in tours, the key words for the relationship among group members must be “Helpful, Considerate, Team Work, Cohesion.” As long as you’re in, whoever you are, president or resident, you have to forget the position in your real life but remember all participants are equal. This is the rule of fairness. Traveling is a way of making friends. When group members encounter divergences in personal opinion. Please discuss to work it out, we take the rule of majority, however, the team leader has the right to make the ultimate decision.

About safety
1 Any activities would be meaningless without safety. We need you to be the people who has at least normal level of safety consciousness which is the most important factor in outdoors.
2 Since a big portion of destinations we choose are unexplored, less inhabited areas, and at these places, we may do climbing, hiking, photographing, rafting, cycling, driving, camping, and other activities which require attention. It will be impressive but sometimes it’s risky, and it already has been acknowledged by the past travelers that there are inherent and unpredictable risks traveling in this way, Therefore, the first thing, WCT needs you to do is to purchase a travel insurance sufficient to cover expenses for medical needs, injury, repatriation and evacuation (of course, the more coverage, the better.) in your home country before departure. Without insurance, you will not be accepted as a participant.
3 All tour participants must be persons of full age(18 and up) and capacity, they must be completely responsible for their own behavior and capable to select a trip appropriate to their abilities, health levels and interests. As a tour helper, WCT is released from any claims arising from any accidents, and in the absence of subjective fault, the group leader and organizer will not be responsible for any personal accidents after they have fulfilled their duty and taken the necessary care.

                            About Cancellation policy

By traveler:
The cancellation fee will be calculated according to the time difference based on departure date.
From confirmed date to 15 days before tour departure: deposit.
14 to 10 days before tour departure: 15% of the rest tour fee +deposit.
9 to 5 days before tour departure: 30% of the rest tour fee+deposit.
4 to 2 days before tour departure: 50% of the rest tour fee+deposit.
1 day before tour departure: 80%of the rest tour fee+deposit.
If you don’t appear on the arrival date. we will not refund any amount for unused services.

By WCT:
WCT has the right to cancel the tour before the departure due to the concerns of safety threaten by the force majeure ( earthquake, flood, hail,etc.), terrorism, instability of society and politics, and other incidents which could make the tour impossible. Both the deposit and tour fee will be refunded, and WCT is not liable for your pre-expense in tour preparation. In this case, we suggest that at the time you purchase the travel insurance, you may make the tour cancellation covered. Only under the circumstance of suffering from a big loss in tour cost, such as the sudden rise in transportation, hotel, ticket, etc. WCT has the right to change the tour price 30 days before tour departure. The traveler reserves the right to cancel or continue the tour booked. If canceled, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Unused services
For any voluntary cancellations of tour activities, we will not refund the fee for unused services. For involuntary cancellation of tour activities caused by objective reasons, we will refund the fee fully to the traveler.
